The Latest DVD writer from BenQ, the DW1800, claims amazingly fast writing speeds of upto 118X and features something called SolidBum technology supposedly burns a perfect DVD regardless of the quality of DVD media of use. The DW1800 also offers DVD-RAM writing at impressive speeds of upto 12X. The drive also has no problems writing dual layered DVD+R and DVD-R disks at a speed of upto 8X.
